The Te Ahuru Mayoral Drive Student Accommodation building is located in the heart of Auckland, just a few minutes walking distance from AUT City Campus. This project was completed in 2022. It is one of Marchese Partners largest student accommodation projects. This impressive two-tower project is open to all tertiary students. It is the premier student accommodation facility in Auckland, offering a total of 697 beds.
This modern student accommodation building provides exemplary student housing providing facilities that enhance off-campus learning, including spaces for student collaboration and study. The accommodation operator UniLodge collaborates closely with the university to offer amenities that complement and support the educational experience, fostering a strong sense of community. The design features a carefully planned hierarchy of private and public spaces, encouraging social interaction among different groups. Communal areas include study and media rooms, gaming and activity spaces, multi-purpose rooms with large kitchens, and other recreational facilities.
