Merrylands will create a new neighbourhood by activating Woodville Road. The major mixed use retail centre will include 12000m2 of retail space, 400 apartments with a 90 room hotel and a childcare centre and commercial spaces will complete the development. The multi-generational approach will build a completely new community.
