This hotel has been designed specifically to support the Mingara Recreation Club existing facilities and operations. Marchese Partners | Life3A have completed architectural and interior design services for the new Encore by Mingara. The brief was to create spacious, homely rooms with a coastal look and feel, that took advantage of the expansive views.
The external facade has a rich textual finish, creating interest and movement through the vertical blades and the large welcoming porte cochere is a key feature to the external realm and entry experience when approaching the hotel.
