Marchese Partners | Life3A have recently submitted a (SSD) State Significant Development Application for a new Seniors Living, Aged Care, and Golf Clubhouse development at the Cumberland Country Golf Club in western Sydney. The project includes the construction of a new golf clubhouse with enhanced facilities and function rooms, 234 independent living units, a 38-bed care hub and will offer club members, future residents, and the local community improved access to the beautiful landscape golf course environment.

Marchese Partners worked closely with our client, Pariter, and the project team to design the buildings to be attractive to the local downsizer market whilst also being cost-effective to suit to project’s feasibility and cost plan.
