The project delivered a fully integrated ageing community into Zhuhai, one of the worlds dynamic cities. Targeted ageing developments are evolving as a new type of accommodation in China, breaking away from tradition thinking.  This project demonstrates forward thinking by delivering a project that provides new lifestyle options for older Chinese people. This project integrates lifestyle and care options to allow ageing in place, adjacent the premier medical and hospital facilities in the region. The project consists of retirement living apartments, serviced apartments, aged care rooms, research and development facilities, commercial and retail activities and a wellness hotel.
