The Fancutt’s Tennis Centre site is a well-known and popular site with a long history of 54 years of operation. It is also a very leafy and green site.
As a strong urban design principle and on a macro scale, our design is looking to maintain the park type feel and the vista to the sky with the city skyline in the background. The keeping of the axis into the sky is respectfully integrating the Fancutts seniors development with the surrounding built form.
The project has been designed to be a foundation for the growth of a new strong community where the residents will enjoy and benefit from the thoughtful and integrated design approach in a great city fringe location with a multitude of surrounding facilities for many decades.
