Marchese Partners | Life3A developed the concept design, Master Plan and Development Application for the 5-star Waterbrook Bowral in the Southern Highlands of NSW.
The design was inspired by the Bowral landscape with 77 villas featuring a modern country aesthetic. The project has achieved record sale prices for retirement villas in Bowral.
Extensive resort style community facilities were incorporated into the adaptive reuse of the existing former school buildings.
