Allum Lane is located in the charming village of Elstree. This project will include 147 later living homes and a GP surgery, set within a garden city-inspired landscape masterplan, with communal facilities, to foster a sense of community and well-being among residents. 

The planning application has been lodged in April 2025 with Council and we are hopeful for a smooth code assessable approval process and positive outcome by later this year.
