The Ashgrove Golf Club has been an integral part of the suburban fabric of The Gap since this leafy Brisbane suburb was first developed in the late 1940’s. 

The new clubhouse, which is positioned on the highest part of the site and close to Waterworks Road, will become an urban marker for the club. Importantly, the clubhouse will, through its visible, strong built-form and high quality materials, enhance the current attraction of the commercial development. 

The project will merge into a viable low impact community based development, which integrates seniors living with the much needed overhaul of the Ashgrove Golf Club with attendant bar and club facilities.
