The objective for this project was to deliver a leading later living development, that co-exists with the current community offerings, to create both a new home for residents and a declinational venue for the greater Sydney community.
This development establishes a vibrant central plaza at the intersection of key site areas, fostering a connection between the new later living precinct and the existing community.
The large, landscaped plaza is the focal point and will host both day and nighttime events. It will encourage residents to interact and become involved with their communities’ interests. The later living precinct has been designed as a heavily landscaped setting to promote the positive outcomes of biophilic design.
