This project has been envisioned as a truly integrated community, sharing the neighbourhood with the Epsom Hospital. The masterplan creates a synergy with the local hospital, whilst integrating community, amenity, well-being, retirement and care into two purpose built buildings set around beautiful public realm landscaped areas.
