Designed by Marchese Partners | Life3A for IRT (Illawarra Retirement Trust) the senior living facility will host 75 Independent Living Apartments around a central courtyard to provide amenity to all activity areas and their residents. Social interaction is achieved through the design by incorporating connections to the adjoining heritage protected Pioneer Park.
The external facade incorporates an core ten artwork panels by Mika Utzon Popov.
