This integrated seniors living and aged care development is being built adjacent to the Mingara Recreation Club on the Central Coast of NSW.
The proposal includes thirteen villa buildings, three multi-storey independent living unit (ILU) buildings and one mixed high-care and ILU building housing communal facilities, with parking.
This development will also include communal facilities such as a café, residential lounge, multi-function spaces, consultation/therapy rooms, and staff/admin areas, 219 independent living units and 39 high care suites.
