The Zhengzhou project is in the heart of the Zhengzhou Central Business District, on the site of the current University for Chinese Medicines.
The University is undertaking a Joint Venture with an Australian developer who engaged Marchese Partners | Life3A to develop an innovative solution for the prominent 400,000m2 site.
The Marchese Partners | Life3A concept includes 80,000m2 of Riverfront Retail. As well as, an iconic 50 storey commercial tower, 260,000m2 of seniors living apartments and a 25,000m2 state of the art care facility.
The development will be an integrated development that includes lifestyle and wellness facilities for the residents which connected to the vibrant CBD setting.
Plazas, boulevards, walkways, key pedestrian connections and parks feature in the masterplan concept creating an urban village which was unanimously applauded by the full University Board.
